It's quite rare for us to hand paint sling back shoes as you can probably tell from all of the photo's of shoes with back on them. When we do get a pair of sling backs through from a bride it throws up a bit of a creative conundrum.

I've been to see the Kings of Leon twice and for those of you who have seen them live you'll know what I mean when I say you can feel that Jared Followill's bass riffs vibrate through your very soul and swoon just a little over Jared's brother, Caleb singing out to you.
The hand painted wedding shoes include all sorts of tributes to her special day. Most importantly the black and white stripes were a theme throughout the shoes. I particularly love the black and white bridesmaid dresses which are painted on the inside of one of the shoes. The brides dress is painted on the inside of the other shoe.
A beachy-fied wedding doesn't necessarily mean flip flops or bare feet. Whilst we are the first to discard our shoes and socks in favour of some flip flops when the sun shines we believe a wedding is the time for your feet and shoes to show off. Of course that's our ethos because we are wedding shoe vendors after all!
